Repairs for a house that is selling

One of the services we offer is making the repairs to a house when the buyer wants things updated or made safer by the seller. We recently got a call about a house that had a gfci not working in a bathroom, 2 prong outlets that needed to be changed to 3 prong and made safe, and a double tapped breaker that needed one of the wires moved. As you'll see below, we not only make the repairs, we document them thoroughly in order to protect our customers.
