Old Barn, New Power

Our client in Turners Station, Kentucky wanted new lights and receptacles in his barn. Unfortunately, the old main breaker box was in very rough shape, and the house on the property is dilapidated. We recommended a new main breaker panel, and disconnecting the house entirely. The client agreed and we got to work.

First we removed the old breaker panel, and installed the new one.

We then added 1 light and 1 receptacle per bint in each shed and in the driveway. We decided to go with non-metallic conduit for its ability to keep water out, and its ability to flex with the uneven tier rails and beams in the old barn. It was a challenge getting it to bend around some of the posts, but we were happy for the opportunity to show what we can do.

And, here's a video showing the lighting set-up.
