Outdoor fan and GFCI installation

A customer wanted an outdoor fan to keep her father cool while grilling out this Labor Day, and decided to throw in an outdoor GFCI for convenience. We were happy to help. We installed the fan after the GFCI in the circuit, so that it would be ground-fault protected, as well. The fan the customer picked out is a remote controlled, 6 speed, reversible, indoor/outdoor fan with an optional timer.

If you look real close you can see the MC cable tucked up by the ceiling insulation. We always try to make our installs as pretty as we can.
